Todd Braufman, a 32-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializes in the area of tenant representation and providing corporate real estate services. His success in managing complex, multifaceted commercial real estate transactions include strategic planning, site selection, new lease acquisition, lease renewals, operational improvements, financial analysis, contract negotiations and project management.
Todd has dedicated his career to developing long-term, trusting relationships with his clients in order to best execute their local, national and international real estate strategies.
Todd began his commercial real estate career in 1992 at Welsh Companies. Here he managed both individual and portfolio accounts on a local, national and global platform. He has an impressive list of corporate clients, including Viad (5 million square feet), Tree of Life (3 million square feet), and Alliant Tech Systems (3 million square feet). Todd’s multiple global real estate portfolio accounts feature over 1,100 projects consisting of 12 million square feet. Braufman was honored with C&W’s Brokerage Service Excellence Award for outstanding achievement in the pursuit of business performance and client satisfaction and many other awards.
Braufman also held the position as Managing Director of the Minneapolis office of Chicago-based Equis Corporation.
Todd has built a reputation as a highly driven professional who has an ability to successfully meet or exceed his clients’ requirements and goals.
Braufman earned a BBA degree in Marketing/Accounting at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and studied International Business at the University of London School of Economics.

Michael has built a multi-faceted real estate career over the past 32 years in land development, corporate tenant representation, development, and corporate strategic planning.
Michael’s role at Latitude Real Estate Advisors consists of advisory and user representation services as well as leading our owner’s representation project management team. Michael’s clients include U.A. Plumber’s Union Local #15, the cities of Brooklyn Park and Elk River, as well as Wright County.
Previously, Michael dedicated four years of his career to corporate strategic planning and commercial real estate tenant representation as Vice President at Keewaydin Real Estate Advisors. His clients included CenterPoint Energy, United Hardware, Mesaba Airlines, MLT and Target Corporation. In 2006, Michael struck out on his own and created Sedley Development Partners, L.L.C. Michael’s experience at structuring complex transactions, and his expertise in managing the entitlement land development process and project construction, provide important value-add services to IAG Commercial clients.
In 2012, Michael’s career focused on large-scale developments, site selection and negotiation, entitlement and architectural and civil engineering design, as well as project management. He has significant experience working with municipal staff, planning commissions and councils in the entitlement process.
Michael earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio State University. After Ohio State, he then earned his M.B.A. at The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. His background consists of leading the land development team as Vice President of Land at Pulte Homes in Minnesota and additional experience as Sales and Marketing Manager at Ryland Homes in Minnesota and Ameri-con Homes in Northeast Ohio.

David’s career is defined by his expertise in managing large-scale, multifaceted commercial real estate transactions, including strategic planning, market demographics, competitor analysis, and site selection. His exceptional negotiation skills and ability to secure municipal incentives, reduce occupancy costs, and drive operational improvements have consistently delivered tangible value to his clients.
David has successfully completed over 300 real estate projects, managing more than 5 million square feet of office and industrial space, while saving clients millions of dollars through customized real estate solutions. His collaborative leadership style extends to managing cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution and successful outcomes for his clients.
As Senior Vice President at National Realty Guild, David’s tenant representation and client advisory services earned him recognition as Rookie of the Year and a Top 10 Broker of the Year. His industry affiliations include active membership in the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAIOP). David is also committed to community engagement through his involvement with the Big Brother Big Sister program.
David holds an Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Minnesota and is renowned for his strategic insight, financial acumen, and dedication to delivering client-focused solutions that align with business objectives.
